m4edu is providing the following services

  1. Study the status-quo, the GIZ project and its framework of cooperation, agree on the approach to and objectives of the Employability National Action Plan with the politically responsible persons from the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction (MEPR), the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation (MHESI), the Ministry of Preschool and School Education (MPSE) and the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Quality in Education (SISQE). In a second step, data is collected through interviews and discussions with the named actors, and, additionally, with private sector representatives from the national Textile Association (TA), relevant Sector Skills Councils (SSC) and individual companies as well as representatives of vocational educational institutions and other relevant governmental stakeholders.
  2. Together with the business sector, study the requirements of the textile industry for the employment of graduates of secondary vocational education and study the needs, expectations and requirements of potential employees.
  3. Develop a draft gender-sensitive National Action Plan on employability to increase the employability of graduates of the VET system based on concrete requirements of the economy.
  4. To present the final National Action Plan on employability to all stakeholders. (in 3languages: Uzbek, Russian and English).
