Philipp von Dryander
Managing Director
Philipp von Dryander is a lawyer by training with a focus on International and European law and has been working in development consulting for the last 16 years.
His experience in the areas of education, governance, and private sector development includes the acquisition and management of complex multi-million Euro projects of various donors including EU, GIZ and the World Bank and international assignments as a subject matter expert in Africa and Eastern Europe. In the last 15 years at development consultancies, Philipp held various managerial positions leading teams of up 50 staff members and driving the growth of newly established organisations. He was involved in corporate acquisition processes and actively contributed to the expansion of organisations through change and turnaround management.
Marina Eichhorn
Director Operations
Marina Eichhorn acquired her BA in European Studies at Maastricht University and Kyung Hee University, Seoul, and is an Alumni of University of Limerick, where she graduated with honors from the MA programme Peace and Development.
Throughout the past ten years, Marina complemented her in-depth knowledge of economic development, governance, fragile political and challenging developmental circumstances with ample practical experience. Working for one of Germany’s leading consultancies in development cooperation, she cooperated closely with Experts, Government Counterparts and international donors like EU, GIZ, KfW or World Bank in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Starting off as finance and contract manager, Marina soon took charge of large-scale, complex projects as project manager and was involved as expert.
Marina’s profound understanding of development cooperation, especially of matters related to operational processes and best practices, helped her to strategically build and manage a local consultancy company in Ankara, Turkey. She led strategic participatory and agile change processes of organizational development in the areas of operations, decentralization and lean, connected ways of working.
At management4education, Marina further strengthens the team’s expertise in change and innovation, strategic organizational development, and project acquisition and management.
Patrick Haupt
Project Manager
Patrick Haupt holds a degree in European Studies focusing on international politics and economics from Maastricht University and a degree in European Law from Julius-Maximilians-Universität, Würzburg.
During earlier work he supported the implementation of a regional election campaign for Bündnis 90/ The Greens in Berlin and after that joined a Berlin-based social consultancy where he worked in the fields of youth, education, labour market and technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Patrick has, in support of different Senate Departments and the Berlin Senate Chancellery, gathered experience in planning and implementing international urban cooperation. He contributed to operationalizing the city partnership Berlin-Moscow through joint learning formats on barrier-free urban planning, and he supported Berlin’s contributions to international city networks like EUROCITIES and Metropolis and their working groups.
At management4education, Patrick works as project manager identifying, acquiring and implementing projects in the fields of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, Education, labour markets, Youth and Social development.
Martin Jeglitza
Senior Advisor Strategy &
Business Development
Martin Jeglitza possesses an M.A. in Political Sciences, Education and Modern History. In addition, he is a trained Radio and TV journalist.
Martin started his career with the German Economic Institute (IW), moving on to its training arm, which aimed to support people in developing their professional potential and helped companies to secure or strengthen their competitiveness.
Early on in this activity, Martin discovered his passion for development cooperation which eventually led him to work with the market leader in development cooperation consultancy in Germany. After holding positions as Senior Consultant and Deputy Head of Department, he took over as Director of the Education and Employment Promotion Department which covered the full portfolio of projects in the education and the labor market sector.
Today, Martin can not only look back on more than 30 years of experience in development cooperation, during which he has managed and implemented many complex education and labor market projects in more than 40 developing and emerging countries for most major bilateral and multilateral organizations. With responsibility for an average of 30 permanent staff and up to 200 national / international project staff and overseeing a project portfolio averaging 25 million euros per year, he has also acquired first-hand management knowledge that he will make available for the benefit of management4education.
Martin has steered and accompanied many change processes and therefore sees change and innovation not as a challenge but as an impulse, chance and necessity – and this outlook has always been his particular credo.
Melanie Bühne
Advisor Marketing & Quality Management
Melanie Bühne acquired her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in International Business at Maastricht University, including study time at the BI Business School in Oslo, with special focus on strategy and change management. On top of that Melanie holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and is currently further educating in her Master studies in psychology.
During the past five years she broadened her theoretical knowledge working as a consultant in complex projects with large-sized German firms. Melanie led social media marketing initiatives and supported business development at consultancy firms and educational institutes. At management4education, Melanie supports the team with her knowledge in marketing and innovation, strategic organizational development, and project management.
