management4education (m4edu) was founded in December 2021 by management4development (m4d) which was incubated by 12 partners, most of them were already behind the successful development of management4health AG (m4h). m4h has, for quite some time, fully subscribed to the understanding of many actors in development cooperation, which sees a multitude of challenges as fundamentally interlinked. As a result, m4h is committed to address such challenges in a multi-disciplinary and intersectoral approach and has correspondingly widened the scope and depths of its in-house technical expertise.

m4edu developed out of the widened expertise pooled at m4h during its history of tackling challenges in a holistic manner. Having gathered ample experience in projects addressing education (both secondary and tertiary) and vocational (pre- and in-service) training in the medical realm, m4h has been growing for some time into the wider field of education, and especially, the field of technical vocational education and training (TVET). m4edu builds on these developments and lead the future expansion into the sector.
